Excused; Jim Souza

Buildings and Grounds, Commissioner Higgins, Jr.

Opened up the bids for the roof. We got four bids back. From the advice of our lawyer we had to throw the lowest bid because there was no bid bond and the lawyer also had a problem with the second highest. So per his recommendation we are going to get rid of all the bids because they were over what we budgeted. We spoke with Chris Kosti from the township. He is going to speak with the company that is doing Port Reading which is a state bid which means we wouldn't have to go out to bid.

Getting some prices on chairs for the hall.
